Interview Preparation & Cultural Adaptation Class
We help applicants get ready for interviews and adapt to Japanese culture through our dedicated preparation classes.
The interview stage is a critical part of both job placement and university admissions. Our interview preparation classes are designed to build confidence, improve communication skills, and help candidates understand what Japanese employers expect. We provide: Mock interviews that simulate real-life scenarios. Industry-specific training to help candidates prepare for job-related questions (especially for SSW fields like caregiving, agriculture, food service, etc.). University interview coaching for students, focusing on motivation, study plans, and future goals. Feedback sessions to help improve body language, clarity, and tone in responses. Through these sessions, candidates learn how to express themselves clearly and professionally while respecting Japanese etiquette. Cultural Adaptation Classes Adjusting to life in Japan can be challenging if one is unfamiliar with the culture, customs, and social norms. To help our clients integrate smoothly into Japanese society, we offer Cultural Adaptation Classes alongside language and visa support. These sessions include: An overview of Japanese manners and social behavior. Workplace etiquette and communication styles. Daily life scenarios like shopping, commuting, interacting with locals. Tips for living harmoniously in dormitories, host families, or shared accommodations. By participating in these classes, students and workers gain the cultural awareness needed to thrive both socially and professionally in Japan.
