The purpose of the Technical Intern Training Program is to transfer skills and knowledge through on-the-job training in Japanese companies, promoting human resource development .

To apply for an SSW visa, you must pass a skills test related to your industry and a Japanese language proficiency test (JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic). Subharashi Language and Training Center helps with test preparation, job matching, and visa application process.

A Student Visa in Japan allows foreign students to study at Japanese universities, language schools, or vocational institutions. It is issued for short-term (6 months) or long-term (up to 4 years) studies. Applicants must be accepted by a school, show financial proof, and obtain a Certificate of Eligibility (COE). Students can work part-time (up to 28 hours/week) with a special permit. After graduation, they may switch to a work visa if they secure employment in Japan.

SSW (Specified Skilled Worker). In Japan, SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) refers to a visa status introduced in 2019 to address labor shortages. It allows foreign workers with specific skills to work in industries like construction, caregiving, and food services. There are two types: SSW-1 (limited-term, no family) and SSW-2 (renewable, allows family). It requires language and skill exams.
